The data and plan remain yours; only you manage the team, sites and billing. How many people fit depends on the plan, counting yourself (Plans and limits). Everything the team does counts towards your plan (renders, scans and AI articles) and uses your AI connections.

Inviting

In Team, click Invite, type the email and choose a role for each site. The invitation expires after 7 days; you can resend or cancel it. If the person has no account, they create one from the link and the invitation is accepted automatically; if they do, they accept it when signing in. You can Edit access or Remove from team at any time.

If you're invited, you'll see the invitation on home and in Team; once accepted, you switch accounts with the top bar selector. You can Leave the team at any time.

The role is given per site and each includes the previous one.
